Friday, October 4, 2024 5PM - 9PM 21+ SIP AND SHOP

Saturday, October 5, 2024 -10AM - 6PM All ages welcome.

Sunday, October 6, 2024 - 12PM - 5PM All ages welcome. (Featuring "Junior Creators" in the lobby).

All booths except the Junior Creators must be staffed during all three sessions.

Junior Creators Lobby (only 8 spots available):

• Sunday, Oct. 6th - 12-6pm Only.
• All creators must be under 18 years of age to have a spot. 
• Placement in lobby is subject to change based on event needs.
• A parent or guardian will need to be present at all times.

• 10' x 10' exhibit space • One 8-foot-high draped back-wall, two 3-foot-high draped side rails and 2 chairs.

We will try to accommodate booth requests but please note that all booth placements are subject to our discretion.

Corner Booths: There is no guarantee of aisle or preimeter placement.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a 25% fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 50% fee.
• Cancellations made the week of the event will incur a 75% fee.
• Cancellation day of/no shows will receive no refund.

**It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to hold all required permits and licensing to produce and sell their products.**
