BOOTH RENTAL INCLUDES:

FULL BOOTH

• 10' x 10' exhibit space • One 8-foot-high draped back-wall, two 3-foot-high draped side rails and 2 chairs

• One Booth identification sign to include company name and booth number

** All other items ie: Tables, Electric, Lighting, Etc. will need to be ordered from Alaska Event Services.

HALF BOOTH

• 5' x 10' exhibit space

• One 8-foot-high draped back-wall, two 3-foot-high draped side rails and 1 chair

• One Booth identification sign to include company name and booth number 

*Column Booth also available

** All other items ie: Tables, Electric, Lighting, Etc. will need to be ordered from Alaska Event Services.

*We will try to accommodate booth requests but please note that all booth placements are subject to our discretion*

Alaska Event Services is the contact for:

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a 25% fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 50% fee.
• Cancellations made the week of the event will incur a 75% fee.
• Cancellation day of/no shows will receive no refund

**It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to hold all required permits and licensing to produce and sell their products.**
