About Caitlin:
Caitlin Benson is an L.A.-based comedian who has spent her whole life being funny and the last seven years honing that humor on stage. Originally from Nashville, she performs regularly at the Comedy Store and Hollywood Improv, and has opened for acts such as Iliza Shlesinger, Ian Edwards and Caroline Rhea. Her exuberant delivery, nimble transitions and animated storytelling paired with her humble, down-to-earth persona elicits laughter from her audience with ease. When her comedy hits the road, you'll be sure to find her beloved road dogs Pepper and Bootsy along for the ride. Caitlin is also the cofounder and face of Can't Even Comedy, a stand-up comedy venture that incorporates music, food, drinks and ambiance into one multisensory experience and was recently covered in the Los Angeles Times. Running the company with her husband Maxwell, Can't Even Comedy has a biweekly residency on the rooftop of Mama Shelter Hotel in Hollywood and a quarterly residency at Native Hostel and Pure Yoga, both in Austin, Texas. The event has also partnered with Annenberg PetSpace, hosting pet adoptions at Mana Shelter on the first Tuesday of each month. Her self-produced half-hour special was shot at Mama Shelter and can be found on Can't Even Comedy's YouTube channel. Her parents, who make a cameo in her special, are very proud.
