Join me, a local Alaskan artist, as we paint a mama bear and her cub in the fall! I will provide everything you need to create your own original masterpiece. Bring a friend and a sweet tooth, because ticket purchases include a frozen yogurt sundae provided by Avalanche! In about 2 hours we will all have created some awesome original art together while enjoying the tastiest custom sundaes.

Please come 5-10 minutes early for check-ins and to pick your seats! Remember to wear “play” clothes or "creative clothes." (Aprons are provided, but everyone is welcome to bring their own!) Parents can drop off kids 8 and older for the duration of the event, however all grown-ups are encouraged to paint, too! Kids will get an 8" by 10" canvas. Adults get 16"x20" with the option of going to the 8"x10", or swapping canvases with a kiddo. Everyone will be encouraged to paint whatever they like if they want to paint something different than the rest of the group. We use fast-drying, easy-to-use acrylic paint on the canvas. Here's a quick procedure to how things will go:

~At first we sign in with Jamie. We start painting at 2

~We will take a break about 45 minutes in to let paint dry, and to get our sundaes!

~We spend the rest of the afternoon finishing the painting and adding personalized touch-ups!

*Kids previously painted on 11"x14" canvas. Due to a much higher availability, I switched to 8"x10" canvas. If highly preferred I can still supply the 11"x14" size to previous guests to match previous artwork sizes. Please email me when you ppurchase tickets and I will be happy to provide that size for you.
