About This Event
ANDERSON FAMILY MUSIC FESTIVAL
Welcome to the 5th Annual ANDERSON FAMILY MUSIC FESTIVAL, held this year from July 26-28, 2019. Located just off the Parks Highway at mile 283 and a short 6 mile drive to the community of Anderson, the road leads straight into Riverside Park where the infamous Anderson Stage is located next to 600 acres of green fields for camping, campers, and RV's. The festival area also hosts RV sites, wooded campsites, bath & shower facilities, children’s playground, potable water, and a beer garden for adults 21 & over sponsored by the local Lions Clubs.
Formerly known as a bluegrass & country music event, Anderson Family Music Festival now features many different styles of music and versatile performers (excluding rap/hip-hop, heavy metal) ranging in age from 9 to 90 that can keep you dancing from noon until midnight and beyond! This year will also host a "First Hour Open Mic" on Friday July 26 at 2pm for those who wish to audition for future festivals. Sign-up is first come first served only.
AFMF is a registered non-profit organization that donates yearly to local organizations in the area.
