Amuse Bouche

Red wine infused goat cheese, panko crusted and deep fried, served with saffron- basil oil.

Appetizer

Smoked salmon wrapped in a cucumber ribbon, stuffed with a fennel and dill cream cheese spread on top of a garlic-rosemary toast point.

Salad

Roasted golden beets with frisee tossed in a shallot-raspberry vinaigrette, with shaved jicama and radishes

Entrée

Seared garlic and rosemary 12oz NY strip with sweet potato croquette, smoked onion rings with a red wine and braised shallot au poivre

Dessert

Caramel and bourbon bread pudding with a Godiva chocolate liqueur sauce and whipped cream
