Did you know that you should be updating your website every 2-4 years? Technology and trends change so fast that building a strong website can make a big difference for your business. Your website is likely the first significant interaction a customer will have with your brand. It is essential to make sure it is up-to-date, easily found and effectively engaging customers. But even an experienced marketer can quickly become overwhelmed by all the considerations in revamping, or even updating, a website. Join AMA Alaska and award-winning web developer, Bear Collins on January 14th and discover the strategies that are making a difference to you customers. Learn the latest trends and best practices, determine what content on your website is really working, discern what you need to do first … and when you should hire someone else. Know how your website will help your businesses grow, even during times like Covid.

Who should attend:

  • Marketing professionals in charge of the performance of their company website
  • Entrepreneurs using a website to promote their business
  • People responsible for contributing content to websites
  • Professionals that oversee metrics and website reporting

Takeaways:

  • Trends in web: How are people pushing during these times?
  • Easy Websites: How do I establish my digital presence without any knowledge of web design or the funds to hire a 3rd party developer?
  • Should you hire out: Self-serve platforms v. 3rd party companies.
  • Tracking: How do I know that people are consuming my content? How do I know what is and isn't helpful to my users?
